Eighty nominees are seeking the 11 councillor positions. The mayor and deputy mayor will be voted on by the new councillors.
Today's total votes counted include 39,844 formal votes and 5049 informal, with informal representing 11.25 per cent of the total vote.
Peter Epov's Group C remains in the lead with 17.5 per cent of the formal vote, followed by Alan Tickle's Group A with 13.19 per cent.
The Liberal Party's team, Group K and headed by Troy Fowler, holds 11.85 per cent of the formal vote, and Labor's Group H, with Claire Pontin the lead candidate, at 9.76 per cent.

Group B (Jeremy Miller): 2807 (7.04%)
Group C (Peter Epov): 6974 (17.5%)
Group D (Paul Sandilands): 2197 (5.51%)
Group E (The Greens, Dheera Smith): 2039 (5.12%)
Group F (Katheryn Smith): 2881 (7.23%)
Group G (Karen Hutchinson): 1587 (3.98%)
Group H (ALP Claire Pontin): 3887 (9.76%)
Group I (Kathryn Bell): 2199 (5.52%)
Group J (Len Roberts): 1685 (4.23%)
Group K (Liberal, Troy Fowler): 4723 (11.85%)
Group L (Luke Cubis): 1487 (3.73%)
Group M (Jessica Corkill): 2007 (5.04%)
Ungrouped (Michael Bergin): 114 (0.29%)
Councillors seeking re-election include Peter Epov, Katheryn Smith, Karen Hutchinson, former deputy mayor Claire Pontin, Kathryn Bell, Len Roberts and Troy Fowler. Former mayor David West is a member of Troy Fowler's Liberal group.
