The raffle is being drawn at Old Bar Public School on Tuesday, December 7 and the P and C will be selling tickets up until then.
Member of the school's P and C association, Kelly Kramel said due to an influx of students over the last few years the school has outgrown its space, which resulted in losing the basketball court recently to accommodate for new buildings.
"Only the kindies (Kindergarten) have a playground, the other students don't have any play equipment," Kelly said.
The competition prizes include accommodation vouchers, mobile phone tablets and gaming, electrical appliances, meal and coffee vouchers, including two nights accommodation in a spa cottage at Kiwarrak Retreat, and three family passes to Bago Maze.
"The donations from businesses have been crazy considering what they have gone through during COVID," she said.
The school's P and C association members were at the Old Bar community markets last Sunday, October 24 and said they had a great response.
"The raffle went great, we sold 243 tickets, raising $404 so far," Kelly said.
Tickets in the competition will be available at the next Old Bar markets on Sunday, November 28 but anyone can purchase them through the school's front office in the meantime.
The P and C also sent tickets home with students this week.
To purchase tickets outside the school contact Janelle Bidner on 0432 157 592.
