Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from next week on the Pacific Highway at Coopernook to carry out maintenance work on Francis Longworth Bridge over the Lansdowne River.

Work will start on Monday, October 11 and involves bridge joint maintenance, repairs and routine maintenance
Work will be carried out from 7am to 5pm from Monday, October 11 to Thursday, October 14 and from Monday, October 25 to Thursday, October 28, weather permitting.
Single lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours, which may affect travel times.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time, drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
