Promising Wingham fullback JJ Gibson has also played his last match for the year after breaking his leg in 29 minutes into the first half of the encounter. Play was held up for three quarters of an hour waiting for an ambulance after Gibson's injury.
Henry sustained his injury following a head clash late in the second half.
"There was nothing malicious in it,'' Old Bar assistant coach Jamie Moorehead said.
Moorehead said he wasn't sure how long Henry would be sidelined.
"We're hoping it will only be six weeks, but at this stage we don't know,'' he said.
The injury took the gloss of Old Bar's thumping 56-12 win.
It was also a mixed day for Old Bar winger Blake Elford. He scored four tries, but failed to see the game out when he was injured in an incident involving Wingham captain-coach Mick Sullivan, who was sent to the sin bin for 10 minutes.
