Stations at Taree and Bulahdelah will be updated as part of the statewide roll out.
The State government recently announced the stations at Tea Gardens and Gloucester will also be updated later this year, while stations will be created at Old Bar and Forster.
Upgrades include alterations and additions to staff amenities, plant room improvements, new carpets and repainting.
Member for Myall Lakes Stephen Bromhead said the refurbished stations in his electorate will complement ongoing upgrades to Manning Base Hospital and plans for a public hospital at Forster.
"This investment will modernise our ambulance facilities to support our hardworking paramedics," Mr Bromhead said.
NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard said work at both Bulahdelah and Taree will begin later this year following a competitive tender process.
"The NSW Government is committed to investing in rural and regional health infrastructure to support better health outcomes for local communities," Mr Hazzard said.
"Our paramedics need the best possible workplace to provide emergency medical care, and the infrastructure improvements will make a real difference to their working environment."
