However, Lewis won't be turning out for the club until the round nine against Forster-Tuncurry, captain-coach Mick Henry said. Lewis is completing a suspension imposed after he was sent off in the minor semi-final when playing for Wingham in 2019.
There was no senior football in Group Three last year, meaning the suspension still stands.
Henry said when available Lewis would be used in the second row or centre.
"Somewhere on the edge,'' Henry added.

He isn't sure when or if lock Isaac Worboys will return. He is recovering from surgery after breaking his jaw in the opening round clash against Port Macquarie following an incident with Port second rower Chris Piper. Piper was subsequently sent off and was due to face the judiciary last night.
"It will be at least eight weeks from from his operation,'' Henry said of Worboys.
"We might get him back at the late end of the season, although I haven't spoken to him yet.''
The Pirates have a win and a loss from two games this season. They meet Wauchope at Old Bar on Sunday.
