The Taree office, on Grey Gum Road, will remain operational for the next few months for delivery of Australian Community Media publications such as the Manning River Times and the Newcastle Herald
The company was unable to provide further comment or information to the Times.
The family operated business was founded in 1945 by Eddie Bourke.

In more recent years, Bourkes was a finalist for transport and small business work health and safety awards.
