Three sides, Gloucester, Old Bar and Forster-Tuncurry have withdrawn this year, with Gloucester being the latest.
Mid North Coast Rugby has included three gala days in the revised LNC women's draw. These will be held on May 29 at Wauchope, July 10 at Nabiac and August 7 at Taree.
Port Macquarie teams will be involved to attend the gala.
As is the case in the LNC men, the minor premier will advance straight to the grand final after the competition-proper, with second playing off with third for the other place.
The grand final will be played on Saturday August 21, the same day as the men.
There were five sides in last year's 10s competition, the three remaining combinations along with Gloucester and Old Bar.
Old Bar president Brian Groughan said earlier a number of the 2020 women's roster intend to play rugby league later this year.
Gloucester made the final last season, where they were beaten by eventual premiers, Wallamba.
The 10s kicked off last Saturday when Wauchope thrashed a reportedly understrength Wallamba side 72-7, with Renee Clarke running in six tries.
Manning Ratz have their first game of the season tomorrow against Wallamba at Nabiac. Manning Ratz, Wallamba, Forster-Tuncurry and Old Bar are contesting the men's grade, down one on 2020.
