Iago Aspas scored again as Celta Vigo continued their revival under new coach Eduardo Coudet with a 2-0 win at Athletic Bilbao.
The Galician club have now won two of their three games under the Argentinian and move up to 14th place ahead of the remaining fixtures this weekend.
Aspas got the second with his sixth goal of the season.
Celta took the lead at Athletic's San Mames stadium on minute 61 when full back Hugo Mallos headed in from Santi Mina's headed assist.
It was 2-0 on 78 minutes. Athletic keeper Unai Simon threw the ball out straight to Brais Mendes and he played in Aspas to score from close range at the far post.
Athletic had won their previous three home games but they could find no way back and Celta took the points with their first league win in Bilbao for 14 years.
"We knew they were on that run at home so we are very happy," said Mallo. "Since the new coach arrived he has been very clear what he wants from us."
