Old Bar Public School SRC environmental committee helped general assistant, Steve, to construct the garden beds that were received as part of a grant earlier in the year. They are now keen to help fill the beds with soil and start planting. They are determining the best plantings for this time of year, including vegetables that can be used in the canteen. Pictured are Marleey, Sara, Eva and Darcy helping Steve build the new veggie gardens.
