Craig-Dobson and Farmer put on 198, with Craig-Dobson making 94 while Farmer scored his maiden century in senior cricket when he made 105.
The pair came together with St George struggling at 5-72. Craig-Dobson faced 182 balls in his 219 minute stay at the crease and hit 12 boundaries. Their effort helped swell St George's tally to 297.
The game finishes tomorrow.
This is the biggest seventh wicket partnership for all grades in St George's history, beating the previous best of 196 by Bill Ives and Harry Waghorn in 1928-29 against Northern Districts. St George Cricket Club has a history stretching back more than 100 years.
"I think it is safe to give a few rewarding high fives to Max and Jono for many reasons,'' Hamish Solomons wrote in St George Cricket Club News.
"What a wonderful achievement, particularly when you take into consideration the fact that Blacktown were on the boil when Jono came in at 5-72. Factor number two is that the ground had been top soiled a few days prior, so in essence this partnership was probably worth more.''
Solomons added that it is likely the partnership is the 21st highest second grade partnership for Saints. The highest is 310 between Stewart McCabe and Luke Reynolds in 2005-06.
Craig-Dobson, a bowling all-rounder, played junior and senior cricket with Wingham, progressing to A-grade, before moving to Sydney after completing his HSC.
