Maggie Caris, Renee Saulitis and Isabella Simmons found homes in the elite competition.
Melbourne selected Caris, 18, from Horsham Saints with pick 17 at the start of the second round.
Caris has played in the ruck with the Rebels and is also a highly regarded netballer at state and national levels.
She joins her sister Rene, who was drafted by Geelong two years ago, in the AFLW.
Saulitis, 18, will play with St Kilda after being selected with pick 34.
The forward/midfielder is from Warrnambool, but has also played with Ararat Storm and Lake Wendouree on her pathway to the elite AFLW.
Simmons, 18, also went to Melbourne with selection 48.
Simmons is from Ararat and has shown an ability to play in a variety of positions, such as wing, half-forward and centre half forward.
Saulitis, who is a boarder at Ballarat Grammar School with Caris, watched the draft live online with her parents Brent and Raelene, and younger brother Josh, who travelled to Ballarat to share the occasion with her.
Saulitis said it was a huge thrill to be joining the Saints.
She admitted to being a little nervous as the selections had passed by, with just 61 picks available in the draft.
Saulitis said St Kilda had told her it was surprised she was still available so late in the draft.
She expects to start pre-season with the Saints after her VCE exams are completed.
The Rebels, which played only two NAB League under-18 games this year before COVID-19 forced a premature end to the season, also had three players drafted last year - Sophie Molan, Ella Wood and Nekaela Butler all to Richmond.
Richmond provided the shock of the draft by selecting 27-year-old Australian basketballer Tessa Lavey with pick 43.
Lavey spent part of her childhood in Ballarat, playing basketball with Phoenix as an under-14.
Ellie McKenzie from Northern Knights was selected by Richmond with the number one draft pick.
