Players battled strong winds while the association didn't encourage spectators due to COVID-19 protocols.
"There was no pomp or ceremony,'' Ms Monck said.
"But the hockey was excellent and we had a good mix of winners.''
She said counting the junior grades just about every club took out a premiership.
Taree West were declared premiers of the under 11s after the game against Tigers Blue finished a 2-2 draw. The West finished the higher on the ladder.
Tigers defeated Sharks 2-0 in the under 13s while Chatham accounted for Sharks 4-1 in under 15s.
Great Lakes edged out Tigers 1-0 in division three women but Tigers his back in division two women when accounting for Sharks 2-0. Town made it three-in-a-row in division one women when beating Sharks 2-1.
Wingham defeated Sharks 4-3 in extra time to claim the division three men's premiership while Sharks division two men scored the biggest win of the day when accounting for Chatham 6-1.
Sharks ended Chatham's 10 year reign in division one men when claiming a 3-1 win.
The 2020 season started on July 18, No representative hockey was played this year due to the pandemic.
"Hopefully things will be back to normal next year,'' Ms Monck said.
