An alleged drink driver will face Taree Local Court on October 13 following an accident in Moorland.

About 5pm on Sunday, September 6, a 32-year-old Moorland man was driving on Long Point Road, Moorland.
The vehicle began to 'fishtail', came off the road and hit a wooden fence post. The car rotated twice in the air before it landed in a paddock.
The man was ejected from the vehicle through the passenger window. Emergency services arrived a short time later and the driver was assessed and treated for minor injuries.
He submitted a roadside breath test which allegedly returned a positive result. He was arrested and taken to Taree Police Station where he returned a 0.195 reading.
The driver had his P1 licence immediately suspended. He was charged with high range drink driving.
In unrelated news, police have called for public assistance to locate 23-year-old Dale Joram Hamilton, who is wanted on outstanding warrants.
The 23-year-old is wanted by virtue of warrants for traffic and assault offences. He is described as caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is know to frequently visit Black Head, Forster and Tuncurry. Police urged anyone who has seen Mr Hamilton to contact Forster Police Station on 6555 1299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
