At around 2.45pm Sunday, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a property at Nabiac.
The 23-year-old had suffered a fractured femur. He was treated at the scene by ASNSW paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team and was in a stable condition.
A 53-year-old man was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital on Saturday, August 8 following an accident on his Coomba Park property.
The man sustained a number of injuries after falling off a ladder and onto a fence.
He was treated at the scene by Ambulance Service NSW paramedics before being transported to the helipad at Pacific Palms Bowling Club where they rendezvoused with the Westpac Helicopter.
The patient was escorted on the trip to Newcastle by the critical care medical team in a stable condition.
