Games will start at 6pm with reserve grade while the first grade will be underway from 8pm.
"Obviously this will depend on the weather, but at this stage all the games are still on,'' Football Mid North Coast chairman Mike Parsons said.
"I'd saw a final decision will be made on Tuesday.''
The Herald Women's Premier League game between Mid Coast and Merewether set down for Port Macquarie on Sunday was cancelled due to the weather.
Other matches set down for Wednesday night are: Boambee v Macleay Valley Rangers, Kempsey Saints v Coffs City United, Coffs Coast Tigers v Northern Storm, Sawtell v Port United.
Taree went down to competition leaders Macleay Valley 3-0 in round four of the CPL played at the Zone Field. Macleay won the reserve grade match 2-1.
In other round four games Port Saints d Sawtell 4-0, Port United d Northern Storm 2-0, Coffs Coast and Kempsey Saints drew 0-0 and Boambee d Coffs City United 1-0.
In reserve grade Port Saints d Sawtell 4-1, Port United d Northern Storm 4-2, Coffs Coast d Kempsey Saints 8-0 and Coffs City United and Boambee drew 1-1.
