In the early hours of the morning, the helicopter was called to Taree Airport to meet with an ambulance.
The ambulance transported a 53-year-old man who suffered a serious leg injury in a tree felling accident in Taree.
Just after lunchtime, the helicopter service conducted a winch mission 20 nautical miles east of Taree.
A 57-year-old man was winched from a vessel after suffering a medical condition. The man was flown to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
Meanwhile, the service was called to a serious accident at Comboyne on July 3.
Emergency services attended the scene and began treating three patients. A 63-year-old man was treated for serious head injuries before the helicopter service's critical care medical team arrived.
He was stabilised before being flown to Port Macquarie Hospital in a serious condition.
The other patients were transported by road ambulance to the hospital.
