"I've been saying that we were due for another win," co-owner, Tracey Tull said when she learned the ticket had been purchased at the Manning Street outlet.
Either a resident or visitor has gone about their Tuesday completely oblivious they have won $100,000 in draw 10392.
The ticket is unregistered, so officials from the Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the news and must wait for them to come forward to claim their prize, Lott spokesperson, Ally Ramsamy said.
Ms Tull said she was eager to unite their latest winner with their prize.
"That's so exciting. It's fabulous news for the outlet and the region.
"I am stoked for the winner. We hope the prize goes to someone who could really use it.
"It's been a tough time for everyone lately, so it's a great time for a win.
"We wish them all the very best and can't wait for them to discover the news, whoever they may be."
Ms Ramsamy said the mystery winner could be completely oblivious they'd just won a major prize.
"If you purchased a Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot ticket in draw 10392 from Tullys Tuncurry Newsagency, you have 100,000 reasons to check your ticket today," she said.
