The club's first TAB meeting was on Wednesday June 17, with the second scheduled for Wednesday July 8.
Taree Greyhound Club secretary Peter Daniel and committee member Mick McGuire showed the Times through the new kenneling/veterinarian's enclosure at the complex, which has undergone a major face lift.
Mr Daniel said the next major project the club will undertake would be installing lights at the track. This would also be done in conjunction with Greyhound Racing NSW.
However, Mr Daniel said this could be 12 to 18 months away. The club also hopes to eventually upgrade facilities for spectators at the track.
