About 11pm on Sunday, May 10, Manning Great Lakes Police District officers attended to the collision where the driver, a 29-year-old Bowraville woman, and her passenger, a 32-year-old Nambucca man, were injured.
They were transported to Port Macquarie Hospital for treatment.
Officers, who found reasonable grounds to search the vehicle, then located the drugs. They will conduct further inquiries in relation to the incident with the occupants of the vehicle when they are able to be spoken with.
It was a busy weekend for the local command, with a number of motorists in the Manning and Great Lakes nabbed for drug driving offences.
