Just after noon on Thursday (February 27), the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to a property in Booral after reports that a woman had been kicked by horse on a rural property.
It's reported the 54-year-old was suffering from serious chest and pelvic injuries.
She was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics prior to the arrival of the helicopter's Critical Care Medical Team.
