This is according to coach Darrin Dark, who also said on-field discipline is another big area the side needs to address following their opening round win against Central Coast Roosters at Tuncurry.
"On the flip side, that won't stop the boys from playing fast footy," Darrin added.
The side was solid with the ball against the Roosters, piling on seven tries.
Wingers Nicholas Smith (three tries) and Malakhi Donovan (two tries) were superb finishers out wide and will need a similar performance to trouble the Eels.
The Eels will be hungry to get their campaign underway. The side was suppose to face Northern Rivers Titans last Saturday but the game was postponed.
The clash with Parramatta, to be played at McCredie Park in Sydney tomorrow, will be a new experience for some North Coast players.
Despite this, Darrin said they'll be up to the task.
"It'll be an eye opener for some of them, the power and speed of Parramatta won't be something they've come across before around this area," Darrin said.
"That certainly won't be a deterrent, our side will be ready to go."
The under 16s will be the curtain raiser to the match at 10am, with the under 18s to follow at 11.30am. All matches are live streamed on NSWRL's website and Facebook page.
