Manning Valley hockey player Lara Watts has been named in the NSW under 18 women's Blues team for national titles in Launceston, Tasmania in April.

This follows trials held at Homebush last week.
She is the sole representative from the region in the 18-strong squad. Port Macquarie Hastings player Maddison Drewitt has also been named.
Other players emanate from the Hunter, Far North Coast, South Coast, Central Coast, Nepean, Sydney and Central West.
It's the fourth time Lara has made the side. The side will be coached by Alan Charlton with Rene Hunter the assistant.
Lara was recently named in the Australian under 18 indoor hockey train-on squad following a successful outing for the State side in the Australian titles.
In 2020, Lara will play for Manning Valley in the State under 18 championships, Town in the Manning Valley division one competition and Souths in a Newcastle competition.
