The Tuncurry unit has recently increased its membership by 20 volunteers post the bushfires which have raged through the Manning and Great Lakes in recent months.
Myall Lakes MP Stephen Bromhead has expressed his thanks to businesses such as Earl's Turf that have assisted over the last few months within the community in the aftermath of the fires.
"It's time like these that our community spirit really shows through," he said. "This really makes me proud to be the parliamentary member representing such a tight knit community, that has never had a second thought of helping each other."
"It businesses like this helping those in their time of need that has made a difference during these hard times."
