Two teams won division and another three made grand finals.
Taree girl's under 10s, coached by Kylie Hunter, won their division with a 5-1 victory over Macksville in the grand final.
In the under 16s girls the Taree side coached by Jimmy Weeks scored a 5-0 win against Port Macquarie.
Three Taree teams - boys 10s, 2s and 14s were runners up in their divisions after going down in their grand finals.
The Northern Eagles tournament attracted 42 teams from Ballina to Forster with 10 divisions contested from under 10s to under 18s.
Selectors used the championships as a guide to naming Northern Eagles teams to contest the State regional championships later this year.
The tournament was initially to be played in Taree but officials decided to shift it to Tuncurry because of the deteriorating condition of fields at Taree Recreation Centre caused by the rain.
