In addition to that, however, the members privately collected $800 and presented a cheque to captain David Brown from Old Bar brigade. What a great effort for a small club!
Heartfit is back
The Heartfit program will resume at Banyula Village next Monday, January 20 at 4pm.
This would be a good opportunity to join with the growing number of women and men in this weekly gentle exercise program.
It is suitable for anyone - regardless of fitness level - delivered by an accredited exercise professional, Michelle Georgiou.
It has a regular following but new participants are always welcome. Friends from outside the village make up the majority of the participants. You will always be most welcome to join the classes at the centre. Join any Monday.
