Titled The Vintage Wedding, it features dozens of beautiful heritage wedding gowns displayed on mannequins with more lining the walls.
One very special gown pays tribute to Taree's fashion designer, the late Lloyd Cross.
Lloyd, a very talented designer and local identity, designed the bridal gown as well as the seven gowns worn by the bridesmaids and flower girls in the wedding party.
Also featured in the exhibition are vintage bridesmaid frocks, going away outfits and other formal wear as well as vintage lingerie, underwear and accessories.
There is even a display of collectable glassware, heritage linen and retro bric-a-brac which can be purchased.
The only entry fee is a donation to our local RFS units and a donation box at the door will invite visitors to donate to this very worthy cause.
The exhibition is now open and will continue until Friday January 24.
It is located at Taree Craft Cottage on the corner of High and Pulteney Streets, Taree, and opening hours are 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1pm Saturdays.
The Cottage Gift Shop will also be operating.
