A community pop up session to reveal plans for the skate park will be held on Tuesday, December 10 at the (Alum) Mountain Park from 3.30pm to 5pm.
The meeting will provide a chance for community members to chat with MidCoast Council's project team and view the design for the highly anticipated park.
Council has finalised plans for the new skate park.
Bulahdelah Lions Club raised an enormous $181,000 for this project, and together with $79,000 from MidCoast Council and $50,000 from the Australian Government's Building our Future fund, local skaters will soon have tan impressive skate park, located at Mountain Park.
"We'll be presenting the final design for the skate park on the day to provide an opportunity for the community to ask any questions in regards to the new facility," council's manager of community spaces, recreation and trades, Dan Aldridge said.
Everyone is invited to come along to the (Alum) Mountain Park, enjoy a sausage sizzle, view the design and ask the project team any questions.
This pop-up session was originally scheduled for November 12 but had to be postponed as a result of the recent bushfire event across the region.
