TAREE'S Nick Larkin was dismissed for 50 for NSW in the Sheffield Shield cricket clash against Victoria at the MCG.
Opening the innings in place of test star David Warner, Larkin went to the lunch break at 39 not out.
The Blues were sent into bat and lost opening Daniel Hughes early for one when he fell to Peter Siddle. Daniel Solway was the next to go when dismissed by James Pattison for 20. Larkin and Solway put on 62.
Larkin was dismissed soon after making his half century with the Blues struggling at 4/110.
NSW has made a perfect start to the shield season with four wins from as many matches. However, they go into this game without test players Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc, David Warner, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon.
