An elderly man was transported to John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition after falling from a roof at a property in Hillville.

Just before 5pm on Saturday, November 16, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and ambulance paramedics stabilised the 70-year-old man on scene after he suffered multiple injuries.
It is unknown how high he fell.
As the property is in the vicinity of severe bushfires, it is believed the man may have been cleaning his gutters as a form of protection.
Meanwhile, the helicopter service was called to a Booral property on Friday, November 15 to treat a 34-year-old man with burns to his arms, legs and face.
The service arrived about 9.30pm with ambulance paramedics to treat the man who was burned in a backyard incident.
He was transported to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
