Taking to Facebook, the club thanked all those who have assisted this past week.
"We'd like to take this opportunity to do a big shout out to all the amazing organisations, community groups and people who have helped us help our community during this hard time," the post read.
"Thank you to the amazing firefighters, SES, police and all emergency personnel who worked, and are still working, tirelessly to protect our area and our homes.
"Thank you to FACs, Red Cross, Samaritans, Salvation Army, St Johns Ambulance, Taree Lions Club, the businesses and people who donated good and items, volunteered time, or even contacted us to see how they could help.
"And a big thank you to our #teamawesome team members who gave their time to assist with the evacuation centre."
Strong community spirit has been on display.
"Our community really came together to support each other during this tough time, and we can't thank you all enough.
"Through this emergency, we welcomed new members into our 'Team Awesome' family, and are grateful for their support.
"We love our community."
If needed, the club will be called on to once again act as an evacuation centre.
