Fires burning in the Old Bar-Wallabi Point area are still at an emergency level and listed as out of control.
The fire is travelling in a northerly direction. There are concerns it will cross Old Bar Road.
"We are trying to hold it at Old Bar Road," Rural Fire Service public liaison officer Paul McGrath said.
Conditions are worsening, with strong winds, dropping humidity and increasing temperatures.
Property damage is unconfirmed at this stage.
There are multiple fire impact zones, with Old Bar Road and Saltwater Road both being affected and concerns for Red Gum Road, Birdie Lane and Warwiba Road on the north side of Old Bar Road.
A lot of resources are being pumped into the area at the moment from both air and ground crews.
About 13,081 hectares have been burnt in total from the Hillville fire.
Residents should enact bush fire survival plans and seek refuge at an evacuation centre if they don't have a plan.
Conditions should start to ease in next few days and the RFS has broad containment strategies in place to try and control the fires.
