Deputy Prime Minister and National Party Leader, Michael McCormack has been invited to inspect Steber International's factory complex in Taree.

The invitation, to get a firsthand update on export and domestic vessel manufacturing, was issued by general manager, Alan Steber when the two men met at the Australian Makers Forum staged at Barangaroo.
Mr McCormack launched the event which had been organised by the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Australian Made Campaign Ltd.
"The Deputy PM was keen to support regional manufacturing in Australia and also focussed on government support for the employment of apprentices and trainees," Mr Steber said.
"As the minister responsible for the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA), we took the opportunity to discuss the ongoing need for a united Australian marine safety industry."
It was the second time the men had met. Earlier this year Mr McCormack and Alan were in Coffs Harbour for the official opening of AMSA's new regional office.
In September, the factory hosted a visit by the NSW Police and Emergency Services Minister.
