"We've had two informal reunions in the past two years,'' organiser, Duane Sheather said.
"Last year we got 20 there, this year 30, but there were different people there both times. Most of the publicity has been word-of-mouth although we did have a bit in the Times and on the radio.''
This year's function was held at the Taree Leagues and Sports Club.
Duane said there were some employees at the most recent reunion who were at the company when it was known as Lansdowne Engineering back in the 1970s and 80s.
"That was before my time,'' he said.
Duane worked 20 years 'off and on' for the company.
He said the closure date (October 31 2013) coincides with Derby Day held at Flemington Racecourse.
"So we get to the reunion early before the races, have a few beers and a punt and talk about the old days,'' he said.
However, Duane said there'll be a more concentrated effort to get a bigger gathering to mark the 10th anniversary in 2023.
"A few of the administrative staff were this year and they're going to help out, which is good, because they were always good at organising things,'' he said.
The next reunion will be held on October 31 2020 at a venue to be confirmed.
