By day she works at Valley Industries, creating content for the various Facebook pages related to the different business units of the organisation, sharing positive stories and news from participants and staff.
By night she runs an uplifting wellness and recovery blog called 'Liz's Everest: Climbing with You' and shares her writing with Quora, the online question and answer community.
And she has also just published her first book.
Called 'Bartholomew', the book is about a Tawny Frogmouth fledgling who strives to live his dreams.
"There are a lot of similarities between Bartholomew and I," Liz says. "We both have a dream and this story is about the journey to achieve that dream."
Liz is holding the official book launch on Monday, November 18 at Valley Café in Manning Street, Taree.
Starting at 10am, there will be readings, book signings, entertainment and light morning tea. Liz, illustrator Patsy Seager and publisher Maureen Larter will be attending.
