Manning Valley Cycle Club's Criterium Weekend was capped off with the official opening of the new clubhouse.

The site was opened by the club's Michael De Wright and Member for Lyne Dr David Gillespie.
At the opening the club made special mention to Dr Gillespie and Member for Myall Lakes Stephen Bromhead for helping with State and federal government funding for the clubhouse.

Many cycle club members were also acknowledged for their time and enthusiasm to get the project over the line.
Taking to Facebook, the cycle club said the new building, adjacent to the criterium track, finally gives them a home.
"It not only gives us a heart but a place to facilitate our racing and club duties," the post said.
A key feature of the clubhouse is six electronic training bikes that are used in a program for junior development.
"We can train our juniors and also introduce kids to the sport in a safe environment,'' former Manning Valley Cycle Club president Michael Cross said.
