That was Chloe Bisley who just days before her 14th birthday made her debut as an associate judge of the section.
She took to the role like a duck to water.
"We have been judging all of the breeds of cattle- limos to Charolais and everything," Chloe explained.
"We've also been judging people on how they lead and speak."
Chloe understood her role to perfection and provided her own insight to her fellow judges on who would take home the prized ribbons.
"They (associate judges) basically shadow the judge," Chloe said.
"The judge will ask for your opinion and you compare your opinions with the judges and work out the score at the end."
Chloe's enjoyed a lifetime surrounded by agriculture and cattle.
"I've gone to lots of shows since I was little," she said.
"My mother and father have had a stud since I was little so I have grown up around them.
"My parents have taught me everything I know and now I have my own stud and following in their footsteps."
The Taree Christian College student gave a confident yes when asked if it was a job she would continue to do.
"I would be looking for a career out of it in the future," she said.
