This year, the events took up prominent position inside the ring of Taree Showground.
The post rip competition, which was held on both Saturday and Sunday, saw NSW and Queensland adversaries go head-to-head in a battle for State supremacy.
Wood choppers stood high above the crowd as they tore into their three-tier boards.
Rev heads young and old packed the grandstand near the ring to watch the popular smash-up derby on Sunday.
Cars smashed and crashed into each other while the crowd cheered them on. The event was unfortunately marred by an injury to a 24-year-old driver.
He was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital after sustaining pelvis injuries.
