After establishing a number of town-specific priorities at their first round of community conversations earlier this year, council will now revisit the 12 communities involved to discuss the progress that has been made since they last met.
MCC general manager Adrian Panuccio believes the workshops are not only a great opportunity for community members to identify what issues are important to them in their local area, but also to ask questions and find out about projects council are undertaking there.
"Our first round of community conversations were really well-received and it was great to get out and hear about the different priorities for our different areas," Mr Panuccio said.
"This second round of forums are an opportunity for us to drill down with each community, plan for next year and identify things we've already been working to achieve for them.
"We've been working on community-specific action lists since our conversations earlier in the year and I'm looking forward to being able to present these to the community and work together to finalise how these are rolled out, to see that the individual focus and priorities for each town or village is achieved."
