Souths will be represented in four grades - men, women, under 17s and 15s.
After being regulars for more than two decades and finishing runner up on one occasion, Souths, or Biripi Sharks as they've played under in recent years, missed the 2018 knockout.
"I'm not too sure what happened there, but we're right for this weekend and we'll have four teams,'' co-coach of the under 15s, Doug Ferguson said.
The four day event kicks off today with the 15s and 17s while the other grades will be underway from tomorrow.
Shane Glass and Richard Donoval will share the coaching duties with the men's and women's teams.
Finals will be played on Monday.
A total of 64 men's teams and 20 women's along with 79 youth sides will be in action for the four days. The draw for the men and women was announced last night.
