This is Town's second consecutive grand final appearance as they chase back-to-back division one premierships.
Town finished minor premiers, but received a shock in the major semi when they were beaten 2-0 by Sharks.
Watts conceded Sharks were way too good on that occasion while her side was down on form.
"We got our butts kicked,'' she said.
"And if we play like that again, it'll happen again.''
Town went into that game without Tilley Hunter and Ali Allport and their return made a huge difference in last weekend's game against Tacking Point Thunder, where Town won 2-0.
"We stuck to the game plan and everyone did their job,'' Watts said.
The majority of the Town squad was involved in last season's successful campaign, when Town scored a last minute goal to defeat Chatham in the grand final. Watts expects most will also be around again in 2020.
"They're nearly all in year 11, so we should have them for one more season,'' she said.
Town has been the dominant team in clashes against Sharks this season, but Watts warned the major semi showed just how dangerous Sharks can be.
