Victoria Police and Mark Delahunty had been accused by WorkSafe Victoria of multiple workplace health and safety breaches at Oakleigh, in southeast Melbourne, between May 2009 and January 2016.
But the charges were dropped and case dismissed in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday.
