Just after midnight, the service was called to a single vehicle rollover on Deans Creek Road at Tinonee.
The 29-year-old driver suffered suspected spinal and abdominal injuries in the accident.
Taree Rescue Squad assisted with his extraction from the vehicle.
The Rural Fire Service, police, paramedics and crash investigators also attended to the accident.
The man was transported to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
Later in the day, the service was tasked to two separate incidents at the Island Action Sport Complex at Nerong.
A 37-year-old man was transported after 2pm with head and chest injuries. He was in a stable condition.
About two hours later, a 48-year-old man was airflifted in a stable condition with injuries to his elbow and right arm.
