The fire was reported earlier Friday morning, August 16.
Fires burning in Enfield Range Road at Cooplacurripa and Collings Road at Elands are now under control. The bushfire covered about 100 hectares at Cooplacurripa and 37 hectares at Elands.
A second fire on Enfield Range Road is listed as 'being controlled' and covers 291 hectares.
On the weather front, a ridge of high pressure system over northern New South Wales is weakening, and will allow a cold front to cross the state's southern coast later today Friday. A new ridge will briefly form over the region during Saturday, before another, stronger, cold front sweeps across southeast Australia on Sunday and Monday.
The fire danger for the Manning is listed as very high, with a forecaast maximum of 25 degrees Celsius.
