In the video, you'll see Allan Richards talk about his 50 years experience in the industry.
"Now I'm retired, I look back and say 'there was some hard work' but we did enjoy it," Allan said.
Gwen Johnson and Robyne Smith worked in the Peters Ice Cream factory laboratory from 1960 to 1963.
"My fond memories were the boys down stairs at Peters wanting help with the ice cream making and they'd call on one of the girls in the laboratory," Gwen laughed.
Alex Drury and Pat Carberry spoke about their time at Peters while Rhonda Neal, Betty Hickling, Bev Gohl, Paula Layton and John Poole spoke about their time at the Lower Manning River Dairy Factory in the 1960s.
