The adjudicators had a very difficult task selecting a champion from each stage of the Bulahdelah Central School primary public speaking competition, such was the high level of accomplishment.
Each and every one of the finalists displayed excellence and personal best in the true ethos of public speaking.
The topics amongst the students were wide, varied and some very humorous - from Lego to sharks to the moon landing and even a speech on 'today'.
Congratulations to the following students who were declared finalists and champions of their stage.
Early stage: champion Hayley Burdekin; finalists, Ava Masters, Abbie Cassar and Jaxon Styles.
Stage one: champion Ruby Dibley; finalists Levi Cassar, Josiah Reitsma and Andrew Kent.
Stage two: champion Grace McRae; finalists Jasper Gibbs, Henry O'Connell and Charlie Matheson.
