The clubhouse building - the social hub of the development - has been progressing rapidly, and will be completed in only a matter of months.
Construction of other communal facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, bowling green and croquet lawn, have also now commenced and will all be completed in a similar timeframe.
Stage 1, which includes all of these communal facilities, together with the first 24 home sites, will be completed towards the end of this year, at which time the first intake of residents will be welcomed.
