Hook will be one of seven Australians taking part in the famous race that has a history dating back to 1978.
His team is currently in third place on the table.
Hook was named the Manning River Times Sportstar of the Year for 2018 after playing a pivotal role in FCC TSR Honda France's win in the championship.
Team Src Kawasaki France leads the title race on 132 points from Suzuki Endurance Racing Team on 127 and FCC TSR Honda France on 109. Hook, Freddy Foray and Mike di Megilo make up the TCC TSR Honda team.
