Neither hooker Dylan Towers or winger Joe Hinton are expected to play again this year. Both were causalities in the 32-24 loss to Forster-Tuncurry last weekend.
"Dyl's got a pretty banged up nose and Joe's broken his little finger,'' Old Bar coach Jamie Moorehead said.
"I don't think either of them will be back this season.''
The Pirates meet Wingham on Saturday before closing the curtain on 2019 against Port City at Old Bar next weekend.
Experienced Matt Halliday comes into the side on the wing to play against his former club. Selectors have named skipper Shannon Ellem at nine, with Joel Dark coming into the starting side in the backrow.
Kane Evans, Brent Hodge, Josh Starr and Ben Witchard will be on the interchange bench.

The loss to Forster last week ended Old Bar's faint semi-final aspirations and Moorehead said the club is now determined to finish the season in a positive manner.
"It would be nice to get an upset win in the last couple of games,'' he said.
The Pirates will qualify for the reserve grade and under 18 semi-finals.
