The five men who were earlier this year charged over the murder of Mr Beauchamp have again been refused bail.
Darcy Duffy (24) and Andrew Tisdell (22), who were charged with murder, along with Austin Parrish (19), Tyson McKenzie (23) and Michael Bennett (42), charged with being an accessory after the fact, did not appear at Forster Local Court on Tuesday, July 16.
Magistrate Ross Hudson refused the co-accused bail and adjourned the matter for mention to September 17.
Originally from Queensland, the body of 41-one-year-old Tyron Beauchamp was found alight by Rural Fire Service volunteers in the Yarratt State Forest, west of Taree on December 27, 2018.
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the area and set on fire.
Police allege the victim's hands and teeth had been removed before being set alight in an attempt to cover up his murder on Christmas Day, 2018.
